Sure gonna miss that place. Lots of memories, good and not so good. I even went to high school a few blocks away from there on 164th street. Sitting in the bleachers as a Con Ed kid back in the late 60s early 70s. New place won't be the same but I'm sure it will be great.......Chris.........

Come on . . . you're not old enough to have been a Con Ed kid .... your first game was during Jeter's rookie year . . . and you were only three or four then . . . I was still in diapers myself, but so I've been told . . .

At this rate we're probably both headed back towards diapers again.....My son is a big Yankee fan also and believe it or not this will be the first year in his life time of watching them that they will not be playing in October. I keep telling him about the lean years in the 70s and 80s and he just laughs at me as he can't (won't) comprehend that the Yankees had some real bad teams. At least their not tanking at the end. They been playing some good baseball the last week or so. At least I have something to look forward to in October, Dictators Ransom. Hopefully there will be a NYC book signing somewhere and I can meet you.....All the best...........Chris.........
